Beautiful lakefront home on Collard lake located on the north end of Florence Oregon near Mercer lake. As soon as you enter this beautiful home You'll notice the large great room with 12' ceilings and large windows that overlook Collard lake. The two additional bedrooms are situated on the opposite side of the house for a little separation and privacy. For a little extra family bonding time or game night you will absolutely love the huge game room located on the lower level and only accessible from an exterior door. The game room features an air hockey table, foosball table, poker table, comfortable seating and coming soon a media area. There are plenty of board games and puzzles for endless family memories. Off the rear of the game room walk out onto the lower deck with more great views and a walkway down to the lake. For a little extra relaxation try out the hot tub located in the converted garage. Collard lake is a small lake for fishing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and swimming. No motorized vessels permitted.
Nearby Mercer Lake:
Boat Launch - There are two public boat launches, First is about 1 mile further east on Mercer Lake rd watch for signs on your left. Second and slightly easier option is about 1 mile West on Mercer Lake rd to Bayberry rd turn right then an immediate right onto Archer Ln. Launch is at the end of the road, narrow road so best to back down Archer to water.
Mercer is a good sized lake listed at 341acres on the north side of Florence. Great largemouth bass fishing, yellow perch, bullhead catfish, seasonally stocked rainbow trout and some sunfish as well..
With a boat, you can poke around the long Dowell and Dahlin arms and many small coves and points around the lake. There are standing and fallen trees around the shoreline, as well as a fair number of docks, that add to the potential cover for bass and panfish.
